No engines may be running during show hours. Vehicles will be parked in a designated area and can not be moved. Vehicle and Vendor Move in 8am - 2pm Vehicles entering after 2pm will not be judged. Summer Jamz Rules and Regulations Approval: All entries are subject to approval by Summer Jamz Management. Liability: Summer Jamz, afilliates, promoters, sponsors and facility assume no responsibility or liability for any theft or damage of vehicles, and/or displays and related items during move-in, show hours or move out. Summer Jamz. will provide security for entries left overnight prior to date of show, but this does not ensure against theft or damage. Entrant assumes all responsibility regarding his/her vehicle into said event and during show hours. All valued display items should be locked up. Entrant will have 1 hour prior to start of show for final display setup. Photography/Video Release: Summer Jamz and affilliates reserves the right to photograph, video tape, film or reproduce in any medium, any entry for any future use, at no compensation to entry owner or participant. Upon entering the event, the entrant surrenders all claims. Safety: NO ENTRY MAY DRIVE VEHICLE DURING SHOW HOURS, any entry starting vehicle will be ejected by MDPD. Entrant will be held fully responsible and liable for any damages that may occur from movement of said vehicle.
